Studs & Hot Chicks Small Group Training!

If you are or WANT TO BE a stud or a hot chick, this is the training for you! Period. With a series of 4-week programs designed to create a hard body and a tougher mind, you will be challenged to take your life to a  new level as you see your body become the chiseled masterpiece it was created to be. There is nothing like the confidence you feel when you know your body is looking good. But this is not for the faint of heart. If you are over CrossFit and Bootcamps (that are led by trainers who have never set foot in a military bootcamp), this is the plan for you! Combining my six years experience in the United States Marine Corps. training and championship weightlifting title, my lifelong passion for high intensity training to create new bodies and my hunger for living on the cutting edge of science in training my clients, I promise you will see changes in your body you did not think possible. This program includes:

  1. 50-minute HIGH-INTENSITY workout sessions: The intensity will be increased in a number of ways including: Shorter rest periods, longer work periods, decreased balance stability, increased resistance and speed of repetitions are just some of the ways we will increase the intensity of your sessions.
  2. Workout Plan Overview and Calendar (Program Design): Your program is based on my Integrated Training System. This will include a breakdown of what you need to do each day for your workouts along with what you need to focus on for each aspect of your goal(s). The Program Design will include direction on your individual flexibility, cardio, core, balance, resistance. This program is based on progressing each client through the stabilization, strength and power phases. Depending on your progress, we may be able to get to speed, agility and quickness training. This type of training will SKY-ROCKET your results. (If you currently work with another trainer or follow another program, you program will be designed to fit within that framework.)
  3. Training Log Sheets: This is a customized tracking sheet you can print out and fill in with each workout. I will list each of the exercises you are to perform with key points to focus on during the performance of the exercises. It will also include things such as amount of rest between sets, speed of reps, breathing patterns, etc. Each program is designed giving you specific rationale for why it is for YOU and not for John or Jane Doe. You are unique and your workouts should reflect that.
  4. Nutritional Guidance: You will be thoroughly equipped with key strategies and tips that will lead you to build the lean muscle and burn fat most effectively through nutritional supplementation and wholefood nutrition. Each person in the group receives input specific to their individual tastes and needs- not a general cookie-cutter plan. Your trainer will lead you by EXAMPLE and show you how it is done!
  5. Twice the Workout in Half the Time: The TRX Suspension Trainer is one of the main pieces of exercise equipment for the initial stage of your workouts.  However, we will use other equipment as we progress in your training toward your goals. You will be provided with loaner TRX Suspension Trainers for your personal use during the course of the program. (While supplies last-- so get on the program NOW!)
  6. Email Support: Unlimited email support is available to answer any questions for the duration of the program.
  7. Monthly Physiological Assessments: Body Composition, Circumference Measurements (arms, legs, waist, etc.), and Cardiorespiratory Assessment will enable you to measure your progress and results quantitatively.
  8. "Journey Highlight Reel": This is a video featuring footage from your workouts and post workout interviews showing your progress along your journey. It will be set to motivational music and is a great keepsake to motivate and inspire you in the future.
  9. In the Gym or Onsite: This program can be done in out by the beach in Corona Del Mar or at your home* (enabling you to set up your own private small group) with us bringing the intensity and new body to YOU!
  10. Motivation!: As a United States Marine Corps recruit, we did NOTHING alone. We were taught to learn, fight and take our objectives as a TEAM. This is the approach that should be taken with this program. Your trainer will provide you with motivation. But the additional motivation you will receive from the "comrades" in your group will prove to be incredible drive. So bring as many friends with you as you can! With this approach, you WILL succeed.
